No Upfront Payments on Website:
As we operate solely through WhatsApp, we do not collect payments through the website.
Refund Conditions:
Refunds may be considered in the following situations:
If the assigned expert fails to deliver the service
If the work is completely unrelated to the student’s request
If the delivery was made after the deadline without prior communication
Refunds will not be issued for:
Change of mind after the task has been initiated
Requests made after delivery and usage of the solution
Delays caused by student’s unresponsiveness or unclear instructions
How to Request a Refund:
Please raise your request within 48 hours of delivery by messaging our WhatsApp support. Attach relevant proof if applicable.
