Refund Policy

At Yamco Education, we take your trust seriously. We know you’re coming to us when you’re under pressure — whether it’s for assignment help, a last-minute rewrite, or mentorship on a big project. That’s why we aim to be clear, fair, and transparent about how refunds work.

We handle every request personally. There’s no automated rejection button or ghosting. If something went wrong, we’ll talk it through and try to make it right.

When Are Refunds Possible?

  • Refunds may be considered if:

    • We haven’t delivered the service at all by the agreed-upon deadline

    • The file or service provided was incomplete or technically unusable

    • We clearly missed major instructions you gave at the time of booking

    • You contacted us with a valid concern before the delivery was completed

    In these cases, we’ll either revise the work immediately or offer a partial/full refund based on the situation.

When Are Refunds Not Applicable?

  • We don’t offer refunds in cases where:

    • You changed your mind after work has already begun

    • You gave incomplete instructions and later updated them after delivery

    • You missed your own deadline and didn’t communicate it clearly in advance

    • The file has been downloaded, used, or submitted by you

    • The service was delivered on time, and the core requirements were met

    Basically, if we did the work as promised, refunds generally don’t apply — but revisions and support do.
