Yamco Education follows a fair refund policy designed to protect the interests of both students and professionals.

No Upfront Payments on Website:

As we operate solely through WhatsApp, we do not collect payments through the website.

Refund Conditions:

Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

  • If the assigned expert fails to deliver the service

  • If the work is completely unrelated to the student’s request

  • If the delivery was made after the deadline without prior communication

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after the task has been initiated

  • Requests made after delivery and usage of the solution

  • Delays caused by student’s unresponsiveness or unclear instructions

How to Request a Refund:

Please raise your request within 48 hours of delivery by messaging our WhatsApp support. Attach relevant proof if applicable.
